Escape the chaos of everyday life and join us for a week of movement, nature, and meaningful human connection on beautiful Lasqueti Island.
This retreat is an opportunity to step away from the noise of the city and return to the basics of wellbeing: moving the body, spending time in nature, nourishing yourself with good food, and connecting with a small group of like-minded people.
Throughout the week, we will explore a wide range of movement practices designed to help you discover greater freedom, strength, and creativity in your body. The sessions are playful, accessible, and open to all levels of experience.
Each day includes a morning yoga and meditation practice, two movement workshops, time to rest and reflect, nourishing meals, and space to enjoy the natural beauty of the island.
By the end of the week, you will feel more connected to your body, more relaxed in your nervous system, and inspired to continue exploring movement in your daily life. You will also leave with new friendships and connections that continue well beyond the retreat.
