Currently, the studio is on 10hectares(20acres) of forest on Lasqueti Island, British Columbia. It was built in 2010. The building is 1000sq meters(10000sqft) and the dance floor is 200sq meters(2000 sq ft). The floor is well sprung resting on car tires. There are 9 buildings on the property including a large sauna with a dormitory. There is a house, 4 cabins, a large garage and a greenhouse.
One idea is to subdivide the property into two 10acre lots. This will lower the price to $900k(can). This subdivision will take away the sauna and dormitory.
Ideally, a group of individuals who share this dream will come together and make a good lifestyle out of living off the land and dancing.
